Base propositions at the study of physical processes are considered. At the investigation of many electromagnetic processes electrons and other charged particles are Mobius Bands (MB). At these conditions the asymmetry of light flow must arise. To our mind, it gives the possibility to understand if the light is determined by three mutually perpendicular vectors.
