Problems of innovation life-cycle are studied, a classification of technologies by life-cycle stages is laid out, basic types of protective patents in high-tech business are described. A model of intellectual property life-cycle management system is developed, that allows to raise the efficiency of commercialization at the rocket and space industry enterprise.
