The influence of stiffness coefficient of gas-dynamic support on biaxial floating angual rate sensor

This paper examines the results of calculation of three-degree of freedom floating gyroscope's proper frequencies with gas-dynamic support on rotor with open and closed-looped feedbacks when gas-dynamic support's stiffness coefficient and gain factor of angual rate sensor's feedback loop are changing. It was found out that dynamic imbalance of rotor at a particular value of gas-dynamic support's stiffness coefficient might arise resonance phenomena in the device.
