Vladimir V. Chugunkov graduated from Bauman Moscow Higher Technical School in 1973. He is a Professor of the Launch Rocket Complexes Department, Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Author of over 130 research publications in the field of heat-mass-transfer in aggregates and systems of launch complexes.
