Yu.A. Shevich (b. 1941) graduated from the Bauman Moscow Higher Technical School in 1965. D. Sc. (Eng.), professor of "Refrigerating and Cryogenic Technology, Systems of Air Conditioning and Life Support" department of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Author of more than 110 publications in the field of heat exchange and structures of heat-exchange apparatus in cryogenic and refrigerating technology.
