A.G. Rishnyak (b. 1946) graduated from Bauman Moscow Higher Technical School in 1970. Ph. D. (Eng.), assoc. professor of the "High Precision Airborne Devices" department of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Author of more than 70 publications in the field of optimal design of ammunition.
