V.I. Khalimanovich (b. 1941) graduated from the Kazan Aviation Institute n.a. A.N. Tupolev in 1964. Director of branch center for large-size transformable mechanical systems of OAO "Reshetnev Information Satellite Systems". Ph. D. (Phys.-Math.), professor, corresponding member of RAS, Winner of Soviet Union State Prize Winner of RF Government Prize. Author of more than 200 publications, 40 inventions and patents of the Soviet Union and the Russian Federation.
