Zarko V.E. (b. 1941) graduated from the Tomsk State University in 1963. Dr. Sci. (Phys.&Math.), Professor of the Novosibirsk State Technical University, Head of the Laboratory of Condensed Systems Combustion of the Institute of Chemical Kinetics and Combustion of Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Author of 11 inventions and of more than 160 scientific papers in the field of diagnosis and investigations of combustion of condensed systems.
