Kozlov N.P. (b. 1929) graduated from Bauman Moscow Higher Technical School in 1954. Laureate of the USSR state prize, USSR Council of Ministers prize, of the Russian Federation Government prize in the field of physics and technology; Ph.D., Professor, honoured worker of science and technology of the RSFSR. Author of more than 400 scientific works on physics and techniques of low-temperature plasma.
