Ryzhkov S.V. (b. 1974) graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University шт 1997. Ph.D., Assoc. Professor of the Thermal Physics Department of Bauman Moscow State Technical University (BMSTU). He is Scientific Secretary of Scientific Council NUK "Е"; CEEMUT (Central and East European Metropolitan Universities of Technology) Coordinator in BMSTU. He is decorated with Medal of RAS in the field of physics and technical problems of energetics, "New Generation" Award of RAS and Unified Energy System (RAO UES of Russia). Author of 100 publications in the field of plasma physics, thermal physics, radiation gas dynamics and nuclear energetics.
