Кhvеsyuk V.I. (b. 1940) graduated from Ordzhonikidze Moscow Aviation Institute in 1963 and Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1968. Dr. Sci. (Eng.), Professor, Head of the Thermal Physics Department of Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Author of more than 200 publications, among them 3 monographs, in the field of plasma physics and technical applications of low and high temperature plasma.
