Vinogradov V.I. (b. 1941) graduated from the Instrumentation Engineering Department of Bauman Moscow Higher Technical School in 1965. He has a PhD in technical sciences. Now he is an associate professor at the Information Processing and Management Systems Department of Bauman Moscow State Technical University. He is an author of more than 50 scientific and educational works in the field of architecture of ECM and development of automatic control systems.
