Ulybyshev S.Yu. (b. 1986) graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 2009. Cand. Sc. (Eng.), Head of the Laboratory of the Central Research Institute of Chemistry and Mechanics. Research interests include calculation of launching spacecraft trajectories and dynamics of the manned return vehicles movement in case of emergencies, control algorithms development for propulsion systems for high-precision space vehicles maneuvering, and satellite constellations construction for continuous and periodic survey. Author of over 20 scientific publications
