Moskalenko V.O. (b. 1945) graduated from Bauman Moscow Higher Technical School in 1969; Cand. Sc. (Eng.), Assoc. Professor, Department of Dynamics and Flight Control of Rockets and Spacecraft, Bauman Moscow State Technical University; author of over 130 publications in the field of aerogasdynamics and motion control of flying vehicles, improvement of educational process and quality of training of specialists with higher technical education.
