Apeltsin V.F. (b. 1944) graduated from the Faculty of Physics, Lomonosov Moscow State University, in 1968. Cand. Sc. (Phys.-Math.), Assoc. Professor, Department of Computational Mathematics and Mathematical Physics, Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Author of approximately 80 scientific publications in the field of numerical and analytical methods of investigating boundary problems in electrodynamics.
