Nagornov S.A.

Nagornov S.A. (b. 1949) graduated from the Tambov Institute of Chemical Engineering in 1972. Dr. Sci. (Eng.), Professor of the Tambov State Technical University, Deputy Director on science of the All-Russia Research Institute for Using Machinery and Oil Products of the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences (Tambov). Author of more than 300 publications in the field of effective usage of oil products and biofuels in automobile and tractor technique.
