Rubtsov I.V.

I.V. Rubtsov (b. 1946) graduated from the Moscow Forestry Engineering Institute. Ph. D. (Eng.), head of "Special Robotics and Mechatronics" department of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, head of department of Research Institute for Special Mechanical Engineering of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Winner of RF Government Prize in Science and Technology in 2008. Author of more than 100 publications in the field of robotics and control systems.
