V.S. Lapshov (b. 1961) graduated from the Bauman Moscow Higher Technical School in 1984. Head of sector of "Special Robotics and Mechatronics" department of Research Institute for Mechanical Engineering of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Author of more than 30 publications in the field of special-purpose mobile robotics and control systems.
