Puryaev D.T. (b. 1934) graduated from Bauman Moscow Higher Technical School in 1958. Dr.Sci. (Eng.), Professor. In 1988-2006 was the head of the Optoelectronic Research Devices Department of Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Author of more than 200 publications, 95 inventions, and 4 books in the field of optical metrology, testing of aspheric surfaces, design of ophthalmologic devices.
