V.N. Kulikov (b. 1945) graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute in 1969. Ph. D. (Eng.), Head of the Laboratory at the Federal Center for Dual-Use Technologies "Soyuz". Author of over 50 scientific works and inventions in the field of combustion and explosion, the development and testing of new energy materials.
