A.N. Osavchuk (b. 1949), graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1973. Head of the Laboratory at the Federal Center for Dual-Use Technologies "Soyuz". Ph. D. (Eng.), Russian Government Laureate. Author of over 150 publications and inventions in the fields of combustion and explosion, the technological explosion safety of production of energetic materials.
