Comprehensive assessment of the constructive technological sophistication of products requiring extensive consideration at all stages of the life cycle, from design to operation are received. The dynamism and development level of technological products, which are linked with constant improvement of its design and change of conditions of production are shown. A multilevel model of manufacturability formation of electronic means on the stages of design and production are developed.
