Starkov Aleksandr V.

Aleksandr V. Starkov is a Professor of the System Analysis and Control Department of the Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University). He is a specialist in the applied theory of optimal control, navigation and remote sensing of the Earth, development of software systems for designing and managing complex systems. The main areas of research are the development of algorithms and software for managing information flows in organizational and technical systems for remote sensing of the Earth, statistical analysis of controlled motion, and optimization.
